POLICY

Booking Policy:

  • Deposit - A non-refundable deposit (price differs depending on service) is required to secure your appointment date and time. If you have trouble sending the deposit, please contact your lash tech and arrangements can be made. Your deposit is not transferable and can only be rescheduled once , if you no show or cancel the rescheduled appointment you will need a new deposit .

  • Cancellations - Cancellations made within 48 hours from your appointment time, will need a new deposit when rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling - Any appointment that gets rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.

  • No children - No children are allowed in the salon. If you are unable to find a sitter, we will need to reschedule the appointment.

  • Be on time - There will be a 10-minute grievance time in-between appointments. Arriving later will result in an automatic reschedule. If you are unable to make the appointment on time, please contact your lash techahead of time.

  • Set aside time - Please do not make any arrangements for at least 30 minutes after your appointment. This is to make sure your lash technician has enough time to complete your service.

    (Some days appointments run longer than expected)

  • Having a big event or vacation ? - Be sure to have a 2- 3 day buffer period for your lashes to adapt to your daily routine . In a case where you may have an allergic reaction , you have this buffer time will allow us enough time to remove them before you leave.

  • NO REFUNDS - This is a service that is disposable. We cannot refund the supplies or time we have put into your service. We can offer to fix and repair the lashes if the customer comes back within 3 days of the application date.

Before your appointment:

  • Shower - You don’t want to have any contact with water or steam for about 8 to 24 hours after your appointment. This is to ensure that the bond between your natural lashes and semi-permanent lashes has been properly set.

  • Use the restroom - Your appointment (depending on what service you have requested) will last anywhere between 60 - 90 minutes. We advise setting aside some time to use the restroom right before the appointment.

  • Wear comfortable clothes - We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed, as the process will take a while. You can bring some headphones to listen to music or take a nap!

  • Remove makeup - Makeup products applied close to the eyes will save your lash tech time if it is all removed.

  • Remove contact lenses - If you wear contact lenses, we advise they be removed to avoid any discomfort during your service.

  • Do not apply face creams or sunblock - The oils in face/eye products will prevent the eyelash glue from properly attaching and bonding with your natural lashes, causing fallout quicker and faster.

  • No caffeinated drinks before your appointment - this will make your eyes really jittery before your appointment, and have your eyes trembling.

  • Eat before your appointment- if you do not eat, this may cause you to experience headaches, or also cause anxiousness during the appointment.

After your appointment:

  • Keep your lash extensions dry - Keeping your lashes dry for 8 - 24 hours is important to ensure the bond has set.

  • Be gentle - If this is your first time getting your lashes done, it will be difficult laying down to sleep (especially if you’re a side or front-facing sleeper) getting used to washing your face, and not rubbing your eyes. Try not to rub or pull on your lash extensions.

  • Be careful with heat - Try to avoid the heat! Baking or blow drying your hair may singe your lash extensions.

  • Avoid oils - Oils from your fingers, makeup, makeup remover, or face products such as moisturizer will break down the adhesive!

  • Concerns - please let us know within 3 days of your service if there is any issues or concerns , we will be happy to bring you in and get it resolved.

  • Wash every day - Washing your lash extensions every day removes oils and ensures long-lasting lashes!
